From our manufacturing located in the Canton/Akron Ohio area, we had to utilize oversized cranes and special transports for the 175,000-pound jumbo hydrotester.
Install Completion
Installation Completion
This jumbo hydrotester will process from 6.0" to 36" diameter tube and pipe without any tooling changes. The material handling in and out of this hydrotester was also supplied by Tube and Pipe Services. The controls were supplied by our partner company Integrity Integrators making this system one of the largest in the Americas but also on with very sophisticated high-tech features. The cycle time for the vast range of sizes is from 140 pieces per hour at 6.0" to 54 pieces per hour at 36" (without tooling changes). The combined expertise of our family of companies under Integrity Industries is once again providing more integrated system designs to simplify even the most complex of projects for our customer.

Transportaion
From Canton to Coshocton, Ohio USA the road trip was just over 75 miles normally about an hour and a half. This special duty extra-long heave load trailer made the trip with over 87.5 tons of cargo in approximately 10 hours with escorts. From Shipment, the frame was delivered and installed on its anchor bolts in less than 2 days.
